Ashley Tisdale shared a humorous anecdote regarding her toddler, Jupiter, during a recent interview, revealing that the young child became confused while watching the iconic film 'High School Musical.' Tisdale, known for her role as Sharpay Evans in the movie, explained that while Jupiter recognizes her mother on screen, she mistakenly believed that Tisdale's co-star, Zac Efron, was her real father. Tisdale recounted a funny moment when Jupiter called out 'Daddy!' while watching Efron’s character, Troy Bolton, prompting Tisdale to clarify that the actor was not her father. This lighthearted confusion highlights the innocence of childhood and the magic that movies can create in a young child's mind.

In addition to this amusing revelation, Tisdale mentioned that Jupiter is beginning to grasp the concept of her mother being an actress. The past few months have seen a significant change in Jupiter's understanding, particularly as she has recently started watching Tisdale’s work in the animated series 'Phineas and Ferb,' where Tisdale voices the character Candace Flynn. Tisdale, who has been married to composer Christopher French since 2014, also welcomed a second child, Emerson, last year. As fans of 'High School Musical' look forward to Tisdale's continued contributions to entertainment, the new season of 'Phineas and Ferb' is now available for streaming on Disney+.
